Tim goes over and above to check on participants, and the young lady who draws your blood is always friendly and takes her time making you feel comfortable. This is a fantastic group of people.
My experience with PBR has been a very positive one. From day one the staff has been informative, knowledgeable, and kind. Tim F. was my nurse throughout the duration of the trial. Tim is a great nurse and person. Mary came on board at PBR during the trial and checked in regularly.
This has been a very friendly experience. I have also learned a lot about my condition.
