4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Palm Beach Research Center. These messages may include:

5. A2P 10DLC Carrier Registration

Palm Beach Research Center participates in the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) verification program, a mandatory system required by major U.S. mobile carriers — including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile — to verify the identity and intent of businesses sending text messages via standard local phone numbers.

Our text messages are sent from a software platform, classifying them as A2P messaging. We have completed all required registration steps with The Campaign Registry (TCR), including:

  • Brand Registration: Verification of our legal business name, address, website, and Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Campaign Registration: Documentation of our message types, use cases, and approved sample message templates

This registration ensures our messages are delivered reliably, reduces the risk of messages being filtered as spam, and confirms to carriers and recipients that we are a verified, legitimate business sender.

6. Prohibited Uses
