Patient Recruiter

Job description:

Palm Beach Research Center is seeking a motivated, outgoing, conversation starter to add to our team as a Patient Recruiter to conduct pre-screening interviews with potential clinical research study participants.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • Strong, clear telephone voice
  • Excellent telephone manners and listening skills
  • Neat, legible handwriting
  • Medical Office experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer competent and the ability to learn new software programs
  • Proactive and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
